PWCS cares deeply about students’ emotional well-being during their time away from school.  If a student is in need of emotional support during this time, please feel free to send an e-mail to studentsupportservices@pwcs.edu.  A school mental health or health professional will answer and offer virtual support to students to the best of their ability.  This e-mail is not to be used for emergency situations as it will not be monitored 24 hours a day.  If a student is ever in an emergency situation he/she is encouraged to call 911 or utilize one of the resources listed below:

PWCS Schools Free Breakfast/Lunch

Food service during school closure - Service now available from 9-11 a.m.

New Information PWCS has been approved by VDOE to serve meals to parents/guardians without students present. Staff will request parents or guardians produce proof of student enrollment in the form of student ID, report card, or other official school documentation with the child’s name printed on the document and provide names of non-school age or children not enrolled in school, who are 18 years old and under.

Families can call this number to speak with a representative who will direct them to the nearest food pantry.  If they do not have transportation or are immune compromised, they will be able to receive delivery.  If the person is over 65, they will automatically be placed into the senior home delivery program
